Soft to touch the bubble wall bends
stretches long in, protrudes back slowly
Inside you jumped flat on the opposite side
hissing out with a nail-fang flick, "Go Away!
There's not enough air here - for both of us".
From underneath a sudden third leg chomp
and in an instant chug and blow
the bubble expanded and doubled in size
while elbows locked to the knees
the pressure got your body glued
instantly to the roof.
Your mouth started to drip
heavy white sticky foam
floating stronger and now
bound somehow
by our own strong bodies
You pinned,
Me pushed ,
yet wobbly
We hold the whole world
not to collapse.
